Reese is a beautiful, female, long haired chihuahua that is approximately 2 years old.
She is super friendly, loves to cuddle, listens well and is amazing with little kids.
She also gets along well with dogs, is curious of cats and is housetrained. She’s got the cutest little ears that go every which way in the wind.
She randomly gets the zoomies and races around at full speeds wanting one of her foster siblings to chase her. She’ll also chase after toys but isn’t always that keen to bring it back.
Reese would do great with a fairly active family who is looking for a fun loving dog that isn’t very big. She has the perfect mix of get-up-and-go and hang-out-on-the-couch personality.
My husband and I adopted this beautiful little girl, as our Bichon Willie had lost his best friend Jake (our Rottie the Gentle Giant) the previous May. I just did not want to have another dog to love and then loose him or her. At Christmas time my sister-in-law brought her little dog down and we saw how sad and depressed he was when they left. I saw this beautiful little girl on a friends fb page and fell in love with her, my husband did as well. So she came for a visit the first week of January and has been here ever since. She is very respectful little girl with our 3 cats and is BFF’s with our boy Willie. A great fit she is. She has learnt to sit at the top of the stairs until she is invited down, has learnt to sit down for her treats, has been on the leash quite abit and loves to go for walks with Willie and I. She goes into her crate at night and sleeps through until the mornings when I come home from bootcamp when they get their treats and go outside for a bit. She loves to be outside laying in the sun but has not learnt to share her toys LOL. At first she was terrified of my husband but has learnt to trust him and anyone else that comes in our home, but it does take a bit for her to warm up to them.v She loves our grandchildren which was very important to us as they are in our home often the 4 year old every day. We are looking forward to taking her on her first camping trip the May long week-end so we will keep you posted as how she does. Thank-you so much Windy City for bringing this lovely young lady into our lives, she is just a marvelous gift. Thank-you to Bobbi for posting her for us to see and bringing her for her forever visit.
This is a most magnificent looking little girl.
